"I'm their biggest fan.
These guy's not only saved me money, but also executed both a heavy grade 3 CSR treatment and a Timberwolf wood insert installation in a few weeks during a time where many would've taken PTO. It was the holiday season and they showed up.
Let me start with the problem:
Originally, I had called a chimney company called Brown Chimney in Ann Arbor. They sent out two teenagers in an unmarked van who not only told me that my chimney was safe to burn in, but that all they'd need to do is a $3,800 CSR treatment to fix the chimney.
Skeptical of this, I did some digging and found out that grade 3 CSR treatment is anywhere from $1100-$,1800. This was an insane mark up, and from previous inspections, I know this chimney is not safe to burn in.
I call Alpha & Omega for an original inspection, they came in and sent their camera in to inspect the interior of the chimney, where a few cracks and misaligned flues were located. Not only did they alert me to this and deem the fireplace not safe to burn in.
But they quoted me $1,800 CSR treatment in 2 payments, AND a three tiered plan for a potential wood insert that would make the chimney more efficient. They did the treatment, came back the next week, installed the wood insert, and BAM: efficient chimney yet again.
The draft has been substantially reduced, as our chimney was old and in need of work. The blower on the unit is broken, BUT since I called back in time, they've scheduled for a technician to come out and check out what's wrong.

"I just had them come out to give my gas fireplace a thorough inspection and cleaning. Great service from first call to schedule to the actual inspection service. They didn’t contract out to an outside service person or handyman. I was able to schedule right away.
Tre showed up very timely and was friendly and informative. We will use again if needed highly recommend!"
