"Troy M did a really nice job servicing my fireplace. He was polite, efficient and explained everything that he did. He repaired a faulty module and the fireplace works fine now. He also made sure that he did not make a mess and was very thorough in leaving the living room clean. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service I received from Troy and Alpha & Omega."
