"I really appreciated the text reminder the day before my appointment and the morning of updating me of their arrival. Tyler and Zach went right to work and kept me apprised of their progress. They discovered a major issue and quickly assessed all of my options. They provided photos of the problem and gave a detailed explanation. Tyler and Zach were great and I will be requesting them in the future."

"Fantastic to work with, we've used Alpha & Omega annually for the past 3 years for pre-winter checkup and have had an excellent experience with them each time. Most recently we had the pleasure of working with Robert and Travis, both of whom were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Both were willing to offer DIY suggestions for me to save money in the long-run on my chimney which monumentally speaks well for them as a company since they could have just as easily pushed to do additional services for a fee. Will 100% continue to use Alpha and Omega for our chimney services."

"We needed routine maintenance on our fireplace as we purchased the house last winter and wanted to make sure we continued the required maintenance. Being our first fireplace we had some questions. The technicians, Tyler L. and Zach P. were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. They answered our questions and offered suggestions.
The fireplace and chimney were cleaned and inspected. Any adjustment that was required was completed. They were very clean and there was no mess when they were done.
The piece of mind knowing the fireplace is safe was worth the cost. I would highly recommend them."

"Zach P. completed a level 1 clean out on Wednesday. He followed health covid19 protocols and did a great job explaining everything. I have used this company for a few years now, both at my current and old address. Once again happy with their service."
