"Zach P & Tyler L from Alpha & Omega were professional, thorough and efficient in providing a quote for repairs to our old fireplace. Their quote was very reasonable and they were available to schedule the work in only a couple of weeks. Overall I was impressed and would recommend the company."

"I have used Alpha & Omega LLC for cleaning of my wood burning stove and chimney. I give them a five star review because they are very thorough and make sure everything is clean before they leave. This year Zach P. was the technician that came out. He was very personable and professional."

"We had a level one cleaning for two fireplaces. The service tech's, Robert and Shane did an excellent job, including finding some cracks in the mortar and chimney cap. Reviewed the additional cost with us and the probable impact of not doing anything. They kept us informed of their work and did an excellent job. This is the forth time we have had them, each experience has been excellent. We highly recommend them!"

"We had a great experience with Alpha and Omega. Our technician, Zach P., came out and explained everything he was doing, answered all questions we had, and took photos with his drone. He went through all of the cost breakdowns and discussed which ones were dependent on the others. He was very polite and professional the entire time. Highly recommend!"
