"Zach came out to our house for a level 2 inspection. He was timely, professional and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe to use our wood burner and explained what he was doing through the whole process to make sure that we understood what was going on. On top of all that awesomeness he left our 30 year old wood burner looking brand new. I would HIGHLY recommend them!"
