"Had Will Castle out to review my fireplace and furnace flues and to give recommendations. I had animals in the flue pipes and was concerned about blockage. I also wanted to know if the used gas fireplace insert I had purchased could be installed. After inspection Will determined that he could install the fireplace insert and would order the necessary flu liner. On the furnace Will could clean that flue but recommended looking at a boiler replacement( boiler was 40 years old). Will returned a week later with Robert Prowdley and installed a flue liner and made repairs to the fireplace as well as installing the gas fireplace insert. He made sure the gas insert was cleaned and gave it a tune up. (I took Wills advice and had a new high efficiency boiler installed).
Very knowledgeable and good to work with. My calls were quickly answered as well as questions that I had along the way. Susan in the Williamston office tracked my parts and notified me when they arrived and scheduled the install date which they arrived on as promised.

"We called on Alpha and Omega previously and trusted them in price and workmanship, so when we wanted to upgrade to a remote start on our fireplace we called them out again. Jimmy came to our home and was extremely knowledgable, efficient, polite, and thoughtful.
He removed his shoes upon entering our home, he placed a tarp down in front of the fireplace, he cleaned our gas logs, touched up the grate with black paint, installed the new system, explained how it worked and answered all questions. He was the ideal service tech and gentleman. We feel we can trust Alpha & Omega for any of our fireplace needs and we highly recommend Alpha and Omega."
