"We called them for our chimney chase cover replacement for dealing with a leakage. We also decided to avail their service to sweep our fireplace and they sent Troy, their expert technician, who did a marvelous job and our fireplace looks so beautiful now! He was sincere, polite, knowledgeable, extremely professional, respectful of the property and gave us tons of tips. We are looking forward to getting our chimney cap replaced soon. I'll update this review thereafter. So glad we found these guys!"

"Very professional and easy to deal with, from start to finish!
I had Alpha & Omega inspect and clean both a gas burning fireplace and a wood burning stove. They gave me accurate price information upfront, showed up on time, were clean and efficient, and gave me all the info afterwards in a way that was easy to understand. They also provided a report with pictures.
I wish every contractor was this good!"
