"The technician came to clean our chimney after we moved in and never did anything with it. He was very thorough and took his time to check every part on the inside and outside of our home. Then, he showed us all the things that were wrong with our chimney with pictures, and gave us a couple quotes to fix it. He also was very nice to our cat even when he was bothering him. :)
Although expensive, I'd feel comfortable moving forward if/when we do decide to repair, using Alpha and Omega!"

"Made this appointment for my elderly neighbour next door, she has fireplace that hasn't been looked at in 13 years. The gentleman that came out was very covid19 mindful, slippers on his shoes mask on the whole time cleaned adjusted her flame and brushed off and put the logs back in correct place, also very nice on the phone...the only thing is to me which was a basic cleaning it was a little pricey."

"Great service. Stellar communication leading up to our service day via text and email. Our tech was on time, friendly and took care of our gas fireplace that wasn't working. It was a wall switch issue. He cleaned up our logs, grate area, and left no mess. Fire looks great and is back to being cozy. Highly recommend!"

"I was so happy with my service person, Tyler L. I am a punctual person, and the fact that he called at 9:30 to tell me he'd be here at 10:30 and then was here at EXACTLY 10:30 could not make me happier. He was really friendly and thorough and went above and beyond, removing the 60-year-old gas pipe and repairing the hole, as well as removing and hauling away the old, battered-looking 1953 heater that was in there. He didn't charge me extra for any of it. I can't recommend them more highly!"
