"The crew was great, very open and transparent, didn't try to "upsell" or use any tactics to cause worry or concern like some contractors do. Had them service indoor gas fireplace. Really liked their workmanship and felt comfortable with them. Turns out I will be using them to do exterior chimney work as well now that needs to be done to prevent further damage to masonry."

"Alpha & Omega were able to schedule my chimney cleaning fairly quick and even called me with an earlier available date due to a cancellation. Robert & Tyler came out, inspected my wood burner, chimney and thoroughly cleaned my chimney all while educating me about creosote and the cleaning process. I highly recommend this company as they were very professional, efficient and helpful!"
