"From start to finish, it was a great experience! They were super helpful and Robert P. did an amazing job! He was extremely courteous and considerate since I was working from home, letting me know when it would be noisy and what he was doing. He spent time going through the whole inspection, showing me pictures, and answering all my questions. His advice on what we needed was realistic without pressure to buy. I'll definitely be using them next time!"

"Robert P. and Zack J. showed up during the appointment window and were professional and took extra effort to explain all the issues they found. As a new home owner it was a disappointment to hear that our fireplace chimney was in very rough shape and would cost quite a lot to fix. However, Robert and Zack made sure I understood all the challenges, why they were issues, what the longer term implications were and what it would take to fix them. And did so without putting on any pressure. I appreciated their transparency. I ended up going with a more modest stop gap measure from them but am happy with their service and professionalism."

"Came out to inspect and clean wood burner. More issues than I wanted to deal with. The Tec, Will, pitched me on a gas insert. I agreed and bought it. Took about three weeks for them to get the new insert and come back out and install it. All went well, as planned. I am very pleased with Alpha & Omega and especially Will. We love our new fireplace and I would highly recommend Alpha & Omega. They did exactly what they said they were going to do."

"We recently had Alpha & Omega clean and inspect our gas fireplace and chimney as well as replace a malfunctioning control system with a remote control version. Their technician (Mason) was friendly and knowledgeable but we were especially impressed with how well he cleaned up after himself! Fireplaces are pretty messy things and we totally expected to have to do some touch-up cleaning in the aftermath of his work but there was virtually nothing left behind -- expect for a darn near spotless fireplace that now can be controlled from across the room (which is really cool!). It was pricey but the work was quality and we'd definitely recommend them."
