"Alpha and Omega were on time, returning all emails or calls with in 24 business hours. They were very patient with my many questions as we were converting a wood fire place to a gas insert and did not have any knowledge of how that was done. Michelle and all of the technicians were professional and practiced social distancing, mask wearing and removed there shoes upon entry. I would highly recommend them as I felt at ease with them in my home even during a pandemic. Thanks for an outstanding job!"

"We had a level one cleaning for two fireplaces. The service tech's, Robert and Shane did an excellent job, including finding some cracks in the mortar and chimney cap. Reviewed the additional cost with us and the probable impact of not doing anything. They kept us informed of their work and did an excellent job. This is the forth time we have had them, each experience has been excellent. We highly recommend them!"

"just moved into a 60 year old home and had our fireplace cleaned and then inspected with a camera. Great job on all counts, found that we needed to line the fireplace for safety so that is happening next month. The workmen did a professional job and were very tidy and efficient. Price was right and now we look forward to the cold nights and a cracking fire."
