"I have found Alpha & Omega to be very professional and to provide quality work at a reasonable price. Last fall we learned of a serious problem with our fireplace chimney metal flue during a routine cleaning by a different chimney sweep company. It was serious enough that we were unable to use the fireplace last winter. I discovered Alpha & Omega Stove & Sweep out of Williamston during an internet search this fall. The pictures of past jobs on their website convinced me to contact them. The person who took my call understood my problem and allowed me to email some pictures of my chimney flue for the technician to review before his inspection visit. The technician Steve came out and did a thorough inspection. He discussed his planned repair and gave me a quote to repair the metal flue and replace the chase. He returned a couple weeks later to do the repair and install the new chase. We were very pleased with the work done and will be using Alpha & Omega in the future."

"From start to finish, it was a great experience! They were super helpful and Robert P. did an amazing job! He was extremely courteous and considerate since I was working from home, letting me know when it would be noisy and what he was doing. He spent time going through the whole inspection, showing me pictures, and answering all my questions. His advice on what we needed was realistic without pressure to buy. I'll definitely be using them next time!"
