"We recently had Alpha & Omega clean and inspect our gas fireplace and chimney as well as replace a malfunctioning control system with a remote control version. Their technician (Mason) was friendly and knowledgeable but we were especially impressed with how well he cleaned up after himself! Fireplaces are pretty messy things and we totally expected to have to do some touch-up cleaning in the aftermath of his work but there was virtually nothing left behind -- expect for a darn near spotless fireplace that now can be controlled from across the room (which is really cool!). It was pricey but the work was quality and we'd definitely recommend them."

"Alpha and Omega was referred by a friend and did not disappoint! Tyler L did a great job with the cleaning process and answering all of our questions. We had a LEVEL 2 inspection done and he was very thorough in explaining the issues that were found, as well as the different options to making our fireplace safe again. He also was quick to tell us what was in good condition or minor repair that could easily be done ourselves. My husband and I appreciated his honesty, patience, professionalism and detailed assessment. Very personable young man and great customer service! We will definitely be using them to fix our chimney and for future cleanings."

"Alpha and Omega were on time, returning all emails or calls with in 24 business hours. They were very patient with my many questions as we were converting a wood fire place to a gas insert and did not have any knowledge of how that was done. Michelle and all of the technicians were professional and practiced social distancing, mask wearing and removed there shoes upon entry. I would highly recommend them as I felt at ease with them in my home even during a pandemic. Thanks for an outstanding job!"
