"Moved into a new hone with fireplace and wood burning stove which both badly needed cleaning. Chase and Travis called ahead to let us know their expected arrival time. They did an amazing job cleaning out both stove and fireplace and they cleaned up the area after they were done. They also inspected the chimneys, pointed out areas that needed repair and provided an estimate for repairs. They were extremely polite and answered questions we had. We will definitely use Alpha "

"We just bought a new home and had no idea what shape the fireplace would be in. Travis D came into my home, checked my fireplace, cleaned it and the chimney, checked the flue sealed a couple of cracks he found, made some recommendations and all-in-all did a great job. The final verdict? -- The fireplace is operating according to specs.__I'll be inviting them back next year for another cleaning."
