"Great results on a gas fireplace overhaul. The crew replaced an old undersized grate and burner. Cleaned the logs and vaccumed out the fireplace box. Very clean job and personable guys."

"Alpha & Omega were able to schedule my chimney cleaning fairly quick and even called me with an earlier available date due to a cancellation. Robert & Tyler came out, inspected my wood burner, chimney and thoroughly cleaned my chimney all while educating me about creosote and the cleaning process. I highly recommend this company as they were very professional, efficient and helpful!"

"Highly recommended. We purchased a Mendota fireplace insert and could not have been happier. Ben was very informative, took his time to explain all of the products in detail and made the process very easy. When it came to scheduling the installation, I received emails, a phone call and a text message keeping me up to date. Everyone was extremely nice. The service technician, Will, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I do most home improvements myself, however he undoubtedly did a better job than what I could have ever done. He kept his work area very clean too. The installation and final product turned out better than what I imagined it would be."
