"Dave M and Troy M did an extremely good job on our fireplace today. We have always used your service, but it has never been inspected as well or cleaned as well as it was today. They also discovered that we were missing some chunks of cement that would have definitely caused a house fire in the near future, which thank goodness they had time to fix. I do think this gap has existed years and not caught before. The last person who was here was done in less than a half hour and said it looked great. So, kuddos to these two- I know they just saved us from losing 20 years of memories to a house fire. Very thankful!"

"Mason and Troy were great. Came out on time and performed a cleaning of my fireplace. They looked at my chimney and offered me advice on work that needs to be done now (seal in my fire box) and later (chimney repairs). Very helpful and I felt honest about everything. Very impressed with Alpha and Omega and hope to get that quote on the face of my fireplace soon."

"Robert and Shane came out today to do a cleanout on our pellet stove. They were fast, friendly, did an excellent job and left the area so clean you couldn't tell anyone had been there. Very pleased with the service!"
